2-Day Turnaround Time - Dependable service that gets your laundry back in your hands quickly, clean and folded. Need it quicker? No problem, a $25 Rush fee will be added to any items needing less than 2 days.
Free Pick-Up & Delivery - We handle all logistics - just schedule your preferred time and we’ll be at your door.
Free Replacement Bag* - First Bag FREE, but if you would like another one due to broken, torn, lost, or just an additional bag; there will be a $20 charge
$10 Referral Credit - Earn $10 every time a friend or neighbor signs up using your referral link - no limits.

This membership includes our basic detergent and standard preferences. If you would like a different detergent, a specific scent, hang-dry service, or other custom options, an additional fee will apply at the time of service. However, members enjoy 10% off all upgrades—just one of the many benefits of being a Laundry Luxe member.

Note: All subscriptions are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Personal Laundry Service Agreement.

*First two bags are included. Starting from the 3rd bag, a $20 charge applies for each replacement bag.

The membership plan includes 60 pounds of laundry per month. Any weight over the included 60 pounds will be charged at a rate of $1.75 per pound.
We know life gets busy! If a pick-up is scheduled and your laundry isn’t out at the designated time, a $15 missed pick-up fee will apply. This helps us keep our drivers on schedule and provide the best service to all of our customers.
