Personal Laundry Service Agreement

This Personal Laundry Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Laundry Luxe, LLC (the “Supplier”) and the customer (“Customer”). By using our service, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Laundry Luxe will provide laundry services including pickup, cleaning, folding, and delivery. While we strive to remove stains, we do not guarantee that all stains will be removed.

2. Term of Agreement

This agreement is on a month-to-month basis and begins when the Customer signs up.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all pockets are empty before pickup.
• Separate delicate/special-care items and provide written instructions.
• Retrieve laundry promptly at the delivery location.
• Provide accurate contact and payment information.

4. Limitations of Liability

Laundry Luxe will handle garments with care but is not liable for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, fading, or manufacturer defects. In case of loss or damage due to our negligence, liability is limited to the lesser of item replacement cost or $50 per order.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing may be based on bag size, weight, or per-item rates. Minimum delivery charges may apply. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month after 30 days.

6. Service Interruptions

Service may be suspended due to non-payment or circumstances beyond our control. Charges will continue during any suspension caused by Customer non-payment.

7. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Laundry Luxe harmless from any claims, except those caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any legal matters must be handled in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.

9. Student Package Terms

• Eligibility: Only full-time students with valid ID are eligible.
• Service Frequency: Fixed number of pickups and deliveries per week during the academic term.
• Included Items: Standard clothing items only. Specialty items may incur extra charges.
• Payment: Must be prepaid for the term or billing cycle.
• Liability: We are not responsible for items left in pockets, pre-existing damage, or unsuitable items for standard wash/dry.
• Termination: Packages are non-refundable once the academic term starts, unless services were not provided as agreed.
